From Sunday 1st September 2024, we will increase our standard consultation fee from $70 to $80. Please read below for detailed fee schedule.
Bulk billing is only available for those who are either under 16, over 60 or hold a Valid Commonwealth Concession card* (from 1/09/24). Proof of eligibility must be presented prior to the consultation. Also, the Bulk Billing consent is mandatory for every Bulk Billing Telehealth post consult and it must be sent back to the clinic Hub via email or mobile otherwise you will be privately billed. This is a mandatory Medicare requirement and must be complied with by bulk billing patients and the clinic.

Please note; You must present your physical cards, Medicare & Commonwealth Concession Cards each time or you will be billed privately.
All patients who do not qualify in the bulk billing criteria listed above are required to pay consultation fees, therefore you need to make an appt online and secure your card prior to every consult. Please refer to the Practice Fees prior to booking.
Medicare rebates can be processed at the time of payment, if you have setup your details with Medicare, or you can upload your invoice to claim from your MyGov account. Pls bring your physical Medicare and Credit or debit card to claim your Medicare rebate at the time of payment.

Note: For all appointments booked online, patients are required to store their credit card details for payment security. This is standard practice of the clinic. Your stored credit card will only be debited if you forget to pay your consult fee following your appointment.
Cancellations: Please call and inform us if you cannot make your appointment. A cancellation fee may be charged if less than 24 hours’ notice is given to cancel your appointment. Similarly, a fee may also be charged for non-attendance or missed appointments. The fee depends on the length of the appointment booked with your doctor.
The Telehealth Consultation is available for patients that have had a face-to-face consultation with their doctor at least once in the preceding 12 months. The new standard fee will be $80 for all patients 7 days a week.
Bulk Billing on WEEKDAYS is ONLY available for Telehealth consultations for children, patients over 60 years of age and valid Commonwealth Concession Card holders if the Medicare Assignment form is completed and submitted with each post Telehealth consult otherwise Private Fees will apply.
If you fail to attend your appointment you will be charged $30 for taking another patient’s appointment. This fee must settled prior to seeing any doctor.

Note: All procedures and some dressings will incur an out- of- pocket fee. Please discuss this with the receptionist or doctor when booking your procedure appointments.

*Valid Commonwealth Concession cards include Pensioner / Seniors / Healthcare card holders / Disabled / Ex-carer, Foster Child etc. Concession card must be presented on the day of consultation.

Note: Telehealth consults only available for patients that have seen the doctor ‘face to face’ in the last 12 months.

Fees paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
Please remember we have a Zero tolerance policy towards aggressive behaviour which may result in immediate termination of your care at our practice and can be reported to the police and higher authorities.
