A National Health and Hospitals Network for Australia’s future

This report sets out major structural reforms to establish the financing and governance foundations of a National Health and Hospitals Network for Australia’s future. Bowel cancer screening program

The National Bowel Cancer Screening Program (the Program) commenced on 1 July 2008 and will offer testing to people turning 50, 55 or 65 years of age between January 2008 and December 2010.Bowel cancer can be treated successfully if detected in its early stages, but currently less than 40 per cent of bowel cancers are detected early. http://australia.gov.au/service/bowel-cancer-screening-program

Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate Scheme

The Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate Scheme helps families to meet treatment costs for specialised services for cleft lip and cleft palate conditions.
